Quick Purge® (QP4) Flat Fan High-Volume Nozzle

The SPG Quick Purge® (QP4) Flat Fan High-Volume Nozzle is engineered for high-flow shower applications where consistent spray performance and fast debris removal are critical. Designed with an integrated manual purge mechanism, the QP4 allows operators to clear plugged orifices without removing the nozzle or shutting down the shower—reducing downtime and maintenance effort.

The nozzle delivers a high-volume flat fan spray pattern, making it ideal for washing, cleaning, and process showers that require broad coverage at moderate operating pressures.

Quick Purge Operation

• Nozzle operates normally with the lever in the standard position

• To purge, rotate the lever 180° clockwise (viewed from the top)

• Reverse flow backflushes debris through the orifice

• Rotate the lever counter-clockwise to return to operation

• Minor lever adjustment may be used to fine-tune fan quality
